Junior Facilities Analyst

Description

Our Facilities Analyst is responsible for supporting procurement management related to facilities operations, ensuring adequate supply, cost control, and quality of services and supplies. This role involves requesting quotations from and negotiating with suppliers, issuing and tracking purchase orders, managing contracts and deadlines, as well as preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets for control and budgeting purposes. The analyst also supports construction, renovation, and building maintenance demands across stores, monitoring schedules, suppliers, and associated costs.
