You will interact with customers across all levels of the distribution chain and with other internal departments! **What is expected from your role as a Technical Services Intern:** * Administration of ZF \[pro]Academy training programs (registrations, coffee breaks, gate access coordination, emails to participants, billing process, PIN/certificate issuance, etc.) * Support for the development process of new training programs and training centers (scoping, contracts, purchase requisition creation, purchase order tracking, etc.) * Support for the implementation of global systems, understanding their features/functions and adapting them to the region (e\-learning, DOCEBO, etc.) * Assist in connecting the field technical team with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, Controlling, Marketing, Sales, Sales Administration, etc.) * Issuance of training certificates to participants of presentations delivered by the field technical team * Data entry into ZF systems related to departmental KPIs (Sales Force, ZF global portals, etc.) * Assist in collecting information and preparing departmental presentations * Support in organizing internal/external events and meetings **Your profile as a Technical Services Intern:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in Administration/Marketing * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Power BI and SAP (preferred) * Advanced English (conversational) **Why choose ZF?** * Health insurance; * Meal allowance at the company; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy benefits.
