Evaluate necessary production processes (cutting, bending, rolling, welding, machining, heat treatment, painting, etc.). Define labor requirements, production time, and associated manufacturing costs. **Quotation and Supplier Management** Request quotations for raw materials, metal sheets, pipes, structural profiles, welding electrodes, welding gases, and other inputs. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers. Analyze third-party proposals (outsourced machining, boiler-making, painting, non-destructive testing). Assess cost-benefit ratios among different suppliers to optimize budgeting. **Technical Support and Follow-up** Provide technical support to the sales team during client negotiations.
