Job Summary: Professional responsible for issuing electronic transportation tax documents, such as CT-e, freight letters, and MDF-e, ensuring compliance and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and ability to meet deadlines ***STE Transportes has 1 vacancy available in Piracicaba/SP:*** ***SCHEDULE:*** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Saturdays (on-call shifts) ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** **Issuance of Electronic Transport Receipt (CT\-e):** * Responsible for generating and issuing the electronic tax documents required for cargo transportation, ensuring compliance with current legislation. **Freight Letter for Driver Payments:** * Prepare and issue freight letters, which are documents used to pay drivers performing cargo transportation, ensuring all payments are properly documented according to internal company policies. **Issuance of Electronic Cargo Manifest (MDF\-e):** * Issue the Electronic Fiscal Document Manifest (MDF\-e), a mandatory document for cargo transportation that includes fiscal information about the cargo, routes, vehicles, and other logistical details. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Completed high school education (technical education in Logistics or related fields is preferred). * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics and issuance of tax documents. * Ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure situations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ***NOTES:*** * The position requires availability for the specified schedule, including possible overtime as needed for operational requirements. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
