You will also support the development of the company’s annual and monthly budgets, identifying expenses by account and cost center. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and interact daily with teams from Finance and Operations. This is a hybrid position, with logistics perfectly suited for those living in Campinas/SP. This opportunity is open to all! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your responsibilities as a Controller Analyst will include:** * Calculating and closing values for issuing invoices (Fee and BV); * Issuing invoices and debit notes in accordance with current legislation for Formô and B2B verticals; * Verifying and auditing fiscal entries and intercompany transactions (loans/current accounts); * Supporting regulatory and administrative demands related to the tax department, where applicable; * Monitoring and supporting external accounting in monthly, quarterly, and annual routines; * Renewing digital certificates; * Sending, organizing, and validating accounting and tax documents; * Generating, controlling, and tracking tax payment slips and their due dates; * Receiving, verifying, and organizing accounting statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity) prepared by external accounting; * Monitoring monthly revenue volume per company and vertical for tax purposes (including Cena 5\); * Managing and maintaining the project contracts database; * Ensuring organization, traceability, and compliance of tax and accounting information; * Periodically validating inventories and relevant assets; * Supporting internal financial audits and compliance analyses; * Performing accounting reconciliations and similar activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, and/or Administration; * Skills in understanding and organizing processes and workflows; * Holistic view of accounting and tax process organization; * Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction; * Experience in preparing, handling spreadsheets, and managing accounting processes; **WHAT’S THE PROCESS LIKE?** Just like creating a festival, the Feel Alive selection process involves several steps before reaching the much-desired YES. * Complete registration on Gupy; * Chat with the People & Management team; * Chat with the area leadership; * Submission of documentation and proposal.
