Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, ethical, and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to support daily operations in Personnel Administration, Training & Development (T&D), and Internal Communication. Operational support in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing. 3. Collaboration in training programs, internal communication, and employee engagement events. **The Role's Challenge** We seek an organized, ethical, and detail-oriented **Human Resources Intern** to join our team. The primary focus of this position is to provide operational support for **Personnel Administration**, **Training & Development (T&D)**, and **Internal Communication**, ensuring compliance and team well-being. **Key Responsibilities** The intern will gain hands-on experience across the following areas: **1\. Personnel Administration and Legal Compliance** * **Onboarding and Offboarding (Operational Support):** Assist in collecting, verifying, and organizing documentation required for hiring and termination processes, and support scheduling of medical examinations. * **Payroll Closing Support:** Under supervision, assist in collecting and organizing variable payroll data (overtime hours, medical certificates, absences) for monthly payroll closing. * **Payslip Distribution:** Support the Payroll team in monthly distribution of payslips to employees, ensuring confidentiality. * **Time Tracking and Deadlines:** Assist in reviewing time clock records and managing overtime banks. Serve as the focal point for communicating key Personnel Administration deadlines and dates (e.g., submission of medical certificates, vacation requests, time clock closing dates). **2\. Benefits and Internal Policies** * **Benefits Management and Procurement:** Support tracking of enrollments, cancellations, and changes in benefit plans (health, dental, transportation vouchers, etc.). * **Company Policy Orientation:** Support structuring and delivering onboarding sessions focused on introducing new hires to all internal policies (Code of Conduct, Benefit Usage Guidelines, etc.). **3\. Training, Development, and Communication** * **Training and Development (T&D):** Provide logistical support for training sessions (in-person and online), and assist in developing and formatting T&D learning materials and presentations. * **Employee Communication:** Serve as the communication link between HR and employees, assisting in drafting and disseminating internal communications (emails, bulletin boards, Intranet). * **Internal Marketing (Endomarketing):** Collaborate in organizing team engagement events and initiatives. **Essential Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 2nd semester onward) in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Excellent **communication**, **organizational**, and **attention-to-detail** skills. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on **Excel** (for data management) and **PowerPoint** (for presentations). * A **discreet** and **ethical** profile, given the confidential nature of HR and payroll information. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in administrative tasks. * Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation.
