Then join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, move, and store tires and products in the warehouse; * Pick and prepare orders according to delivery notes and system instructions; * Support periodic and full inventory counts, assisting in identifying discrepancies; * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and layout standardization, following the 5S methodology; * Monitor product location according to WMS instructions and Leader guidance; * Perform physical and system-based movements carefully adhering to procedures and safety requirements; * Assist in truck loading and unloading, respecting FIFO/FEFO principles and ensuring tire integrity; * Immediately report any damages, shortages, or irregularities to the Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Elementary Education (High School completion preferred); * Prior experience in warehousing, loading/unloading, logistics, or distribution centers is desirable; * Experience in distribution centers will be considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking; * Familiarity with product location and organization; * Basic knowledge of workplace safety and use of PPEs; * Familiarity with WMS systems and basic spreadsheets is desirable. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **At GF Pneus, you’ll enjoy these benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance – Company covers part of the monthly premium; * Discount on product purchases; * Corporate University – Access to training and development programs; * Birthday Day-Off – A day off to celebrate your way; * Sesc Partnership – Benefits in culture, leisure, sports, and health; * Group Life Insurance – Additional security for you and your family; * Partnership with Ânima Network – Discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. **Inclusive vacancy also available for people with disabilities.** With over **30 years on the road**, **GF Pneus** is a national benchmark in the automotive sector, offering comprehensive solutions for those seeking **quality, safety, and performance**, whether driving a vehicle or building a career.
