Job Summary: Assist in all processes related to goods handling and organization at the Distribution Center (DC) and within the company, ensuring quality standards and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the handling and organization of goods 2. Perform product storage and replenishment 3. Pick goods and assist in verification and loading **NIGHT SHIFT POSITIONS** * 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Mon/Tue/Wed) \| 7:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Thu/Fri) **Required Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education (with certificate). **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in all goods handling processes at the DC and throughout the company, ensuring compliance with established standards for organization, procedures, deadlines, and quality; * Assist in unloading goods upon receipt, removing pallets/products from trucks, using either electric or manual pallet jacks as needed, and sorting, organizing, and placing them in the verification area; * Store received products correctly and orderly in their designated locations, confirming each action via handheld data collector; * Replenish warehouse stock using pick lists and confirm actions via handheld data collector; * Pick goods using maps or labels, organizing them into boxes/pallets, then transporting picked items to the verification area; * Perform organized label-based picking, building pallets with visible goods and labels placed adjacent to barcodes; * Conduct system queries regarding products via computer screen or handheld data collector to maintain organization, clarify doubts, and resolve issues; * Perform internal audits and stock counts using lists to ensure accurate inventory levels and avoid errors or rework; * Remain vigilant regarding all processes, promptly respond to supervisors’ requests, and remain available to assist as needed; * Transport verified loads to the loading area, using electric pallet jacks if required; * Assist verifiers during the verification process when necessary; * Assist customers in loading vehicles, organizing products to ensure delivery efficiency; * Pick products for assembling basic food baskets, cafeteria supplies, and administrative supplies, retrieving them from inventory and delivering to requested locations, also assisting in assembling basic food baskets; * Assist in warehouse organization and rework of damaged goods. **20% night shift allowance starting at 10:00 PM** **Benefits:** * On-site restaurant; * Commuter bus service or transportation allowance; * Basic food basket; * Productivity bonus; * Dental care assistance (optional).
