Job Summary: Manage and optimize the complete lifecycle of IT equipment, from request to disposal, ensuring user support and alignment with internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, communication, and problem resolution Campinas About the Role**Challenge:** Manage the entire process of replacing company laptops, desktops, and mobile phones; Track each replacement from initial request through delivery of the new equipment to the user; **Ensure successful completion of replacements, including:** Recording equipment sale to the employee, where applicable; Formatting and deletion of company files; Closing the lifecycle with eco-friendly disposal, in compliance with sustainability standards; Maintaining an up-to-date inventory, ensuring precise control over equipment inflow and outflow; Supporting users during transition by providing initial configuration assistance and usage guidance for new devices; Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure processes align with internal policies and information security best practices. **Desired Competencies:** Organization and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records; Strong communication skills to guide users throughout the replacement process; Proactivity in resolving basic hardware and software issues; Ability to follow established workflows and procedures, ensuring standardization. **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (completed or in progress); Proficiency in formatting and configuring Windows, iOS, and Android devices; Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); Knowledge of Active Directory; Residence in Campinas.
