Bonuses for achieving targets and health insurance Responsibilities: You will be responsible for organizing the entire agency's workflow, taking into account priorities, deadlines, and delivery timelines for each campaign piece or job for clients. What you need to do to excel here: * Efficiently group all requests from account managers and analysts, organizing each creative’s workflow; * Keep our job management software updated in real time; * Analyze each creative’s profile to assign jobs more effectively; * Develop evaluative reports on clients, hours dedicated to jobs, and creatives’ performance; * Monitor the agency’s job workflow in real time; * Demonstrate responsibility, commitment, and strong day-to-day organization. You must be an exceptionally great person and: * Have at least 2 years of agency experience; * Possess negotiation and problem-solving skills; * Have a background in advertising and marketing or another marketing-related field; * Work well in teams; * Think strategically; * Have advanced Excel knowledge; * Be highly organized and possess sharp analytical skills!
