Company: NECT Serviços Adm. Ltda. Prerequisites: * Completed undergraduate degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering; * Advanced English proficiency; * Availability for on-site work in Campinas/SP Desirable: * Active CREA registration. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Manage and update the CPFL Group’s fleet technical plans and guidelines, as well as monitor market trends.; * Ensure contracted suppliers deliver vehicles within the agreed contractual timeframe and in accordance with validated technical specifications; * Serve as liaison between Engineering and Supplier Qualification teams to develop procurement strategies; * Provide technical oversight of the implementation and integration of hydraulic equipment into vehicles; * Guarantee supplier quality and adherence to deadlines for all fleet-related procurements by the Group; * Ensure all operational fleet equipment complies with design specifications and regulatory standards; * Monitor operational testing and ensure equipment is in optimal condition for operational areas; * Propose mobility solutions for the CPFL Group; What We Offer: * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free, confidential telephone-based support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance).
