Job Summary: A professional responsible for technical control and batch management on the fashion jewelry plating line, ensuring quality and leading the team with emphasis on safety and environmental standards. Focus on safety, environment, and organization **Main Responsibilities:** · Technical control: Adjust tanks, chemical dosing, and electrical current parameters; perform daily organization and direct operation of the fashion jewelry plating line. · Batch management: Organize the queue of raw parts and prepare hangers. · Quality control: Verify visual standards and plating thickness (in thousandths of a millimeter). · Team leadership: Guide operators, assign tasks, and train new employees. **Safety and Environment:** · Strictly ensure use of PPEs/collective protective equipment per safety regulations and environmental preservation procedures, and proper handling of effluents and hazardous chemicals. **Desired Qualifications:** · Prior experience in electroplating or surface treatment processes. · Technical knowledge of the entire electroplating process. · Proven experience in team leadership. · Proficiency in using measurement instruments and controlling chemical plating baths. · Focus on organization, cleanliness, and basic workstation maintenance. · Strong communication skills. · Ability to identify and report potential process failures. · Preparation and presentation of production-related reports. · Preferred: Technical course in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or related fields Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health plans and commercial discounts * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
