Job Summary: A Pedagogy professional to work in Early Childhood Education, supporting teachers, interacting with children, and participating in pedagogical activities, ensuring a caring and respectful environment. Care for and education of children, fostering an environment of respect and cooperation **PEDAGOGY DEGREE (COMPLETED OR IN PROGRESS).** **EXPERIENCE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION** · Participate in activities conducted by the teacher, both inside and outside the classroom; · Maintain integration with the teacher and the children; · Attend pedagogical meetings and study groups whenever offered by the school; · Follow guidance from coordination and administration; · Guide and assist children with hygiene habits; · Assist in developing pedagogical materials (games, recycled materials, etc.); · Promote an environment of mutual respect and cooperation among children and other school staff, ensuring care and education; · Attend to children respecting their developmental stage; · Show interest in and understand the principles of early childhood education; · Assist in the adaptation of new children; · Report abnormalities in the work process to the teacher and coordination; · Safeguard work materials and equipment; · Actively participate in children’s adaptation process and address their needs; · Participate in the integration process among the school, families, and the community; · Understand child development processes and stay updated through reading, pedagogical meetings, continuing education, and lectures; · Report situations requiring special attention to the teacher, coordination, and/or administration; · Adopt ethical conduct toward all team members and, when necessary, submit observations to the appropriate person; · Meet with the teacher whenever requested to exchange ideas about students; · Perform other related duties compatible with the position.
