Work Location: Campinas/SP Your energy will be vital to: Strengthening the IT Controls, Processes, and Risks area through consultative and collaborative support in organizing and executing departmental activities, focusing on governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for supporting IT risk and control management, monitoring KPIs, supporting audits and certifications, and participating in change management initiatives, process reviews, and standardization efforts. Your role will be essential to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency of IT processes, promoting cross-departmental integration, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making support for leadership. Responsibilities: * Ensure internal customer service and support through analysis of requests, incident resolution, and guidance, meeting SLAs and escalating to internal stakeholders, other departments, or partners/suppliers as needed; * Operate IT controls by performing tests, recording results, and handling exceptions; * Support departmental processes such as change management, process and quality management, forums, and audits; * Produce compliance reports, indicators/KPIs, and dashboards through descriptive analyses and recommendations for operational adjustments; * Lead access, control, and process review campaigns through operational planning, monitoring, and evidence documentation; * Participate in risk/access/audit projects through testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), change controls, and lessons learned documentation; * Uphold company values of Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environment promoted via campaigns and policies, applying these principles across all actions, processes, and guidelines. To join our team, you must have: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, IT Management or Governance, Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Compliance, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Prior experience in internal controls, risk management, auditing, or process management; * Availability to work in Campinas/SP. It will be a plus if you have: * Experience with SAP, Active Directory (AD), and other corporate systems, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, JIRA, etc.), and Identity Management (IDM); * Knowledge of best practices such as ITIL, COBIT, or PMBOK; * Experience with automation and dashboard tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI); * Experience in innovation, automation, or system integration projects; * English or Spanish language skills for communication with global teams.
