An automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Quality Control Analyst in Limeira. i\-DAS is a company specializing in information technology solutions, offering software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Examine nonconformance complaints, implement corrective actions, and evaluate their effectiveness (master list). Prepare the necessary documentation for customer approval of components (ISIR/PPAP). Manage and organize submission and retention documentation, both external and internal. Execute statistical process analyses (MSA/SPC). Monitor product audits, whether conducted internally or externally (inspection/audit report). Monitor product tests relevant to the process. Collect data from quality records. Supervise corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives (8D). Control returned nonconforming products, whether originating internally or externally (including warranty parts). Report quality control results to supervision. Provide customer support regarding major complaints, both internally and externally. Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
