




Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and sanitation of food items, utensils, and facilities, following instructions to support menu production. Key Highlights: 1. Elementary school (1st level) as minimum education Assist in pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under supervision of the immediate supervisor, contributing to one stage of the production process; assist in plating, sanitize and prepare leafy greens, collect and label food samples, and receive meal vouchers. Main Responsibilities: Food pre\-preparation; Preparation of dinner and late-night snack salads; Sanitation of utensils (sinks, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses); Kitchen sanitation; Restaurant sanitation.
