




Job Summary: Professional to prepare food, organize the kitchen, manage inventory, and maintain good food handling practices. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and operation of basic kitchen equipment Schedule: Rotating 6x1 shift from 6:40 AM to 3:45 PM Responsibilities: Prepare mise\-en\-place: sanitize, cut, weigh, and separate ingredients according to technical sheets. Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of simple recipes (fillings, bases, sauces, portioning, and assembly) under the supervision of the cook/chef. Sanitize utensils, countertops, equipment, and work areas, maintaining good food handling practices. Receive, inspect, label, and store goods, monitor expiration dates, and implement stock rotation (FIFO). Operate and maintain basic equipment (ovens, mixers, stoves, cold rooms) following safety instructions and routines. Monitor temperatures and complete records (cold room temperature, thawing, shelf control) when requested. Assist in proper separation and disposal of waste, contributing to sector availability and organization. Immediately report any non-conformity to supervisors (lack of supplies, quality variation, equipment malfunction).
