Key responsibilities: Conducting operational, technical, and strategic hiring processes; job posting, candidate screening, and interviews; administering and scoring behavioral assessment tools and psychological tests; executing external recruitment initiatives (PAT, CRAS, and municipalities in the region). Previous roles as HR Specialist, Human Development Analyst, HR Consultant, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
