We offer innovative tools to optimize processes and improve organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Analyze and propose internal studies on fixed and variable compensation, aligned with business strategy. Develop and update salary tables. Develop and update job, salary, and benefits policies. Administer salaries and benefits according to each department’s budget. Support the Executive Management in job evaluation, compensation, and team structure studies. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources related to fixed and variable compensation. Guide and monitor compensation determination processes for employee hiring, promotion, and transfer. Monitor the company’s competitiveness relative to the market through salary survey development and participation. Previous experience as a Compensation Specialist, Benefits Analyst, Compensation Consultant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
