Job Summary:
Professional responsible for calculating, issuing, and verifying documents related to payroll, labor charges, vacations, and employment terminations, as well as handling labor legislation compliance and customer service.

* Calculate, issue, verify, and submit payroll-related labor charges
* Calculate, issue, verify, and submit payroll
* Calculate, issue, verify, and submit vacation notices and receipts
* Calculate, issue, verify, and submit employment termination documents
* Generate and submit onboarding documents
* Understand current labor legislation
* Understand and comply with União Assessoria Contábil procedures
* Manage documents of employees on leave
* Issue the Work Accident Communication (CAT) and submit it to the company
* Issue and manage all customers' negative certificates
* Send vacation scheduling reports to customers
* Send customers a summary of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) via calculated spreadsheet
* Formalize FGTS debt installment plans
* Formalize social security debt installment plans
* Guide customers on potential questions related to labor legislation
* Prepare and file the DCTFWeb
* Prepare and file the DIRF
* Prepare and file the RAIS
* Read and provide practical summaries of changes in Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
* Provide customer service
* Update Professional Identity Cards (Carteira Profissional)
* Conduct employment termination homologations
* Perform daily reading of sector-specific legislation
* Attend to customer audits
* Recalculate tax payment slips
* Handle administrative processes (Federal Revenue Agency \- Caixa Econômica and INSS)
