Candidates must possess solid experience applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies, combining systemic thinking, operational excellence, and strong capability to engage multidisciplinary teams. Act as an agent of change, promoting adoption of agile culture, team self-organization, and continuous process improvement—always data-, metric-, and result-driven. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective), ensuring focus, alignment, and flow; * Collaborate closely with Product Owners to support strategic backlog prioritization, continuous backlog refinement, and requirement clarity; * Promote and sustain agile culture at both team and organizational levels, encouraging autonomy, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset; * Identify, address, and remove technical, organizational, and behavioral impediments affecting delivery; * Monitor sprint progress and adjust practices and workflows to ensure predictable, efficient, and high-quality deliveries; * Support team management by participating in 1:1 meetings, defining Individual Development Plans (IDPs), delivering ongoing feedback, and fostering people development; * Lead tool transition and integration efforts, with experience in JIRA and driving migration to Azure DevOps, ensuring governance, traceability, and team adoption. **Strong Experience with Agile Metrics and Performance** Deep expertise in defining, tracking, and analyzing agile metrics, leveraging data as the primary input for decision-making and team evolution, including: * Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput; * Burndown and Burnup Charts; * Metrics related to predictability, capacity, and quality; * Tracking and cascading OKRs, linking agile execution to strategic business objectives; * Applying the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement of processes, practices, and outcomes. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication; * Strong facilitation and conflict mediation skills; * Structured problem-solving ability; * Collaboration and influence without formal authority; * Servant leadership, focused on team development; * Data- and indicator-driven analytical thinking; * Ability to operate effectively in complex, dynamic, and transformative environments.
