Job Summary: Assist masons in pavement and drainage work, preparing materials, assembling structures, and ensuring safety at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in infrastructure and highway construction projects 2. Assistance across various stages of civil construction 3. Focus on worksite safety and organization Responsibilities: Assist masons in executing pavement, drainage, gutter, curb, road base, and sub-base works. Prepare and transport materials (sand, gravel, cement, concrete, hand tools, and equipment). Support the assembly and disassembly of formwork, reinforcement, and simple structures. Perform site cleaning, organization, and maintenance. Assist with temporary highway signage during construction activities. Perform manual labor tasks such as manual excavation, simple compaction, and loading/unloading of materials. Ensure proper maintenance and usage of tools and equipment. Strictly comply with safety, health, and environmental (SSHE) regulations. **Education:** Completed or ongoing elementary education. **Experience:** Prior experience as a construction laborer is desirable, especially in infrastructure or highway projects. **Desired Knowledge:** Basic occupational safety awareness. Familiarity with hand tools used in construction. Basic knowledge of highway construction signage (desirable).
