Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are non-negotiable. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our activities; therefore, we seek individuals who wish to continuously learn and improve. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in logistics/administrative operations management; * Experience in e-commerce is desirable; * Availability to work in the São José do Rio Preto/SP region; * English proficiency is desirable; * Skills in: Management, Interpersonal Relationships, Critical and Strategic Thinking, Clear Communication, Negotiation, and Financial Routines. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** * Manage all operational processes, overseeing the team in a healthy and organized manner to achieve defined objectives; * Plan, coordinate, and implement warehouse operations, including administrative support to balance productivity and pre-defined service objectives, in compliance with applicable legislation; * Ensure compliance with all legal requirements relevant to the operation, according to municipal, state, and national laws; * Promote and/or implement motivation and communication techniques, as well as develop programs aimed at team development and performance improvement; * Support maintenance of the information system required for warehouse operations, and provide resources enabling efficient operations, ensuring equipment and systems remain in good working condition; * Manage key performance indicators to ensure service levels and operational performance align with budgeted costs, revenue, and pre-determined profitability benchmarks; * Develop and recommend the annual operational budget; * Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and organization; * Stay informed and up-to-date on all topics related to your operation; * Engage in initiatives and actions related to social responsibility and environmental sustainability. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
