Job Summary: Internal and external service, menu presentation, table setup, order taking, and restaurant organization. Key Highlights: 1. Full service to hotel guests and customers 2. Table setup and restaurant environment preparation and organization 3. Additional product sales and departmental inventory management Service to internal and external hotel customers. Present the menu and provide detailed information upon request; set tables with tablecloths, cutlery, and glasses; sell additional products when appropriate; accurately record food and beverage orders; restock department inventory; restock refrigerator items, among others. Department cleaning and organization. Serve hotel guests; set up and clear tables; take and serve orders; serve and prepare hot beverages; organize the restaurant; clean and polish cutlery, plates, glasses, and other items; clean and organize cabinets. Good oral and written communication skills. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Working Hours: 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM, rotating 6x1\.
