Job Summary: Responsible for registering guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about reservations and rates. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service experience will be a plus 2. Experience in customer service 3. On-site work **Main Responsibilities:** Register guests; Check-in and check-out; Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Experience in customer service and the hospitality industry will be a plus. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in customer service.
