Job Summary: We are seeking a field technician passionate about machinery to perform maintenance, installations, and technical support, ensuring equipment performance and safety. Key Highlights: 1. We seek someone who combines mechanical expertise, professional conduct, and autonomy to operate effectively across diverse scenarios. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on equipment * Conduct **installations, assembly, and machine start-up** * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures * Provide on-site customer support (including travel within and outside the state) * Complete reports, service orders, and checklists * Maintain organization of tools, materials, and work vehicle ***Requirements*** * Completed high school education * **Technical course in Mechanics** (preferred) * Experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electromechanical machinery, pumps, valves, motors, gearboxes, etc. * Ability to diagnose, assemble, disassemble, and adjust mechanical components * Proficiency with calipers, pressure gauges, and manual/electric tools * Strong communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, and organizational ability ***What does the company offer?*** CLT employment contract, ensuring job stability and security; Transportation allowance paid via payroll; On-site meals; Birthday day off (when falling on a business day); Group life insurance; Medical and dental plans after the probation period (individual benefit, not extended to family members). ***Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
