Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for analyzing technical drawings, selecting materials, and performing precise welds using various techniques, ensuring quality and safety. Focus on precise welding and operational safety Requirements: Proficiency in techniques such as TIG, MIG/MAG, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), and oxy-fuel cutting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, knowledge of metrology (measurements), and understanding of materials (ferrous and non-ferrous metals). Attention to detail to ensure precise welding and operational safety. Analyze technical drawings, select materials, clean parts, and adjust welding machines. Join metallic parts or cut them using torches, plasma, or gouging. Use Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), MIG-MAG, TIG, Oxy-gas, and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). Inspection: Verify weld quality, perform finishing with grinders or steel brushes, and identify parts with stamps.
