We are seeking a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB team** in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Conduct pest infestation surveys for sugarcane; * Assess the quality of soil preparation, planting, crop management, and harvesting operations; * Collect samples of sugarcane, soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments; * Assist in establishing experimental fields. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Driver's license category B (desirable); * Experience in agriculture (considered a plus); * Residency in Charqueada/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to elaborate further on daily responsibilities and challenges.
