




***We are seeking a professional to join one of our premium dental clinics located in Campinas/SP.*** ***Someone who sells with a smile, enjoys interacting with people, possesses sensitivity and empathy, and is eager to make clients feel at home and leave satisfied!*** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Contact and maintain relationships with clients following dental evaluations to finalize sales * Re-engage/convert clients whose sales were not finalized on the same day * Maintain sales records (New Leads, Closed Sales, and Recovered/Converted Sales) **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in negotiation/sales * Experience in selling oral health-related services is preferred A completed undergraduate degree is preferred * **Work schedule: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 2-hour lunch break; plus 2 Saturdays per month on alternating basis (8:30 AM–12:00 PM)** * Competitive base salary + monthly commission (average range: BRL 1,700.00–3,000.00) * Assertive and clear communication skills * Proactivity * Organizational and record-keeping skills * Desire for professional growth * Empathy and client connection (prior to the sale) * Enthusiasm and high energy * Basic knowledge of Excel and numerical analysis * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance * Welcoming and respectful work environment * Purpose-driven teamwork * Growth opportunities.
