Job Summary: An HR professional to supervise payroll, manage talent, and support leadership in team management and organizational climate, contributing to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise payroll and ancillary obligations 2. Manage electronic timekeeping, hiring, and terminations 3. Lead Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure accurate execution of payroll, labor charges, benefits, and ancillary obligations; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies; * Manage electronic timekeeping, hiring, terminations, and labor proceedings; * Lead Recruitment and Selection processes, from profile alignment to onboarding; * Design and monitor Training and Development programs; * Support leadership in people management, organizational climate, and team development; * Contribute to HR metrics and continuous improvement plans. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Solid experience in payroll and labor legislation; * Experience in recruitment, selection, and T\&D; * Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role; * Knowledge of eSocial will be considered a plus; * Analytical, organized profile with strong interpersonal communication skills; * Leadership attitude and sense of responsibility; * Systemic vision and results-oriented mindset; * Ability to operate across strategic and operational levels; Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Please describe your experience in the HR field. * What is your expected salary?
