You will model and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business needs; automate processes; lead operational efficiency initiatives; analyze data; and generate reports and insights. Pretty exciting, right? **Check out the details below and join us in delivering transformative educational experiences!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Model and redesign organizational processes * Propose improvements focused on efficiency and automation * Design new integrated workflows and processes * Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI * Analyze data to support decision-making * Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, facilitating the development of integrated processes with technology systems * Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred degree in Engineering or related fields * Prior experience in efficiency projects * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel * Technical knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, tools such as Zeev or Bizagi) * Strong Power BI skills, including dynamic dashboard development * Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMBOK **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to processes and data * Basic programming language skills, especially JavaScript * Familiarity with system integration via APIs and JSON data structures **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * We offer Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, and Transportation Voucher * We care about your health!
