




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of basic finance and taxation concepts; * Negotiation techniques. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs). The following will be considered advantageous: * Level I – 01 year of experience in the field; * Level II – 02 years in the role; * Level III – 03 years of experience in the role; * Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs); * Basic knowledge of Cost Analysis and Taxation; * Basic English proficiency. * Embodying the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Proposing improvements to departmental routines and processes; * Updating departmental performance indicators; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when required; * Providing support to employees on matters related to the department; * Using individual and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Assessing purchasing demands and prioritizing requests to serve client departments; * Strictly adhering to all stages of the procurement process (quotations, negotiations, supplier registration, documentation, supplier verification, process digitization, follow-up, etc.); * Following guidelines established by the Procurement Policy; * Selecting optimal suppliers based on market reputation, pricing, delivery timelines, service capacity, and product quality (simple tender, Bid); negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms for the company; * Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal negotiation outcomes for the company; * Proposing improvements to the procurement process; * Complying with all other internal company procedures, including the Code of Ethics; * Implementing actions defined in the Supply Chain and corporate strategies to ensure achievement of goals; * Guiding and supporting assistants in performing their tasks; * Providing support to management and other company departments on supply-related matters; * Committing to self-development, continuously improving aspects highlighted in evaluations and feedback from immediate supervisors; * Completing procurement-related reports; * Monitoring production, compliance, and quality of technical procedures performed by subordinate teams. 2512180202551924738
