We are looking for a **Mid-Level UX/UI Designer** to work autonomously on the creation and evolution of digital interfaces and experiences, with a focus on usability, visual consistency, and alignment with business objectives. The person will work closely with **Product and Technology squads**, collaborating directly with Product Managers and developers, connecting sound design practices with the company’s strategic needs. We operate in a collaborative, results-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement, where design plays a strategic role in building digital products. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **usability research** and user interviews * Create **low- and high-fidelity prototypes**, validating hypotheses with stakeholders * Contribute to the evolution of the **Design System**, creating and documenting components * Support the definition of **navigation flows** and **user journeys** * Collaborate with **Product Managers and developers** to align priorities * Produce handoff documentation in **Confluence, Notion, and Jira** * Participate in **usability testing** and analysis of digital experience metrics **Expected Experience:** * Experience with **digital products** * Work in **collaborative environments and agile squads** * Practical experience in UX and UI projects, from discovery through delivery **Requirements and Qualifications** * **3 to 5 years** of experience as a **UX/UI Designer** * Solid knowledge of **UX Research and UI Design** * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **Figma** (prototyping, componentization, collaboration) * Experience with **Design Systems** * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** * Strong communication skills with technical and business teams * Analytical mindset, capable of transforming data and feedback into design solutions * Completed undergraduate degree in **Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related fields** * **Portfolio featuring applied projects for digital products** (mandatory) **Additional Information** **Work Model:** * Hybrid **(4 days onsite + 1 day remote per week)** * Contract type: **Individual Contractor (PJ)** * Onsite presence is valued for learning, team interaction, and technical mentoring **Work Locations:** * **Porto Alegre:** Praia de Belas * **Rio de Janeiro:** Barra da Tijuca * **São Paulo:** Cidade Monções At Tecsa Group, our purpose is simple: care for people to build a healthier future.
