Support the Digital Transformation team in driving analytics, automation, and productivity improvements across business operations. This role focuses on leveraging tools like Power BI and Power Automate to streamline reporting, enhance decision\-making, and automate repetitive tasks. **Key Responsibilities** ***'***\- Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs, operational metrics, and business insights. * Support automation initiatives using Power Automate to reduce manual workload and improve process efficiency. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and ensure dashboard accuracy. * Document development processes and contribute to best practice guidelines for dashboard lifecycle management * Help identify opportunities for digital innovation and propose solutions aligned with business goals. **Required Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Power Automate or other RPA tools is a plus. * Understanding of data modeling, visualization principles, and process mapping. * Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross\-functional environments. * Effective english communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
