Job Summary:
Professional responsible for end-to-end management of a fuel depot, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.

This position aims to ensure comprehensive management of a fuel depot, guaranteeing operational efficiency, facility safety, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted operations. It is a strategic role with strong technical, regulatory, and leadership responsibilities, reporting directly to the Executive Board.
**Main Responsibilities1\. Depot Operations**
* Manage fuel receipt, storage, quality control, and dispatch processes.
* Monitor and ensure adherence to operational and safety standards.
* Supervise operational teams and ensure productivity, organization, and quality.
* Control inventories, measurements, seals, reconciliations, and operational records.
* Monitor KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Conduct internal and external audits.
**2\. Construction, Infrastructure, and Maintenance**
* Plan, supervise, and monitor expansion, adaptation, or modernization projects at the depot.
* Supervise contractors, maintenance teams, and technical suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with technical standards (NBRs, API, NR-20, NR-35, NR-13, among others).
* Conduct periodic inspections and issue technical reports.
**3\. Documentation, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs**
* Manage all mandatory documentation for the depot, including ANP, Inmetro, Fire Department, environmental agencies, ARTs, inspection reports, and certifications.
* Ensure updates, renewals, and compliance with ANP Resolution No. 950/2023.
* Monitor inspections and administrative proceedings.
**4\. Operational Safety**
* Implement safety programs, risk prevention initiatives, and incident investigations.
* Conduct mandatory training and emergency drills.
* Lead emergency response actions and contingency planning.
**5\. People Management**
* Lead, guide, and develop the operational team.
* Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to internal policies.
* Promote discipline, organization, and a safety culture.
**6\. Cross-Functional Coordination**
* Support Commercial, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Executive Board teams on operational and strategic matters.
* Contribute to logistics planning, document submission, compliance activities, and technical procurement.
**Technical and Professional RequirementsExperience**
* Proven experience in fuel depot operations, logistics, distribution, or storage.
* Practical experience with sector-specific regulations and legislation.
* Prior experience managing operational teams.
**Mandatory Knowledge**
* ANP regulations (Resolutions 950/2023, 45/2013, 41/2012).
* Safety standards: NR-20, NR-13, NR-12, NR-35, NR-10.
* Environmental licensing (CETESB/IBAMA or equivalent).
* Certifications and reports (Inmetro, AVCB, ARTs, tightness tests, API, among others).
* Operational controls, inventory management, KPIs, and audit processes.
* Industrial construction project management and maintenance.
**Education**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree in Operations Management, Safety, Industrial Engineering, or similar is desirable.
* Preferred qualifications: NR-20, NR-13, NR-10, API, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
**Availability**
* Willingness to travel to other depots.
* Availability to work outside regular business hours during operational emergencies.

Salary: R$12,000.00 – R$22,000.00 per month
