Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams for refrigeration systems, ensuring safety, quality, and resource optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems. 2. Supervise maintenance teams, providing technical guidance on performance. 3. Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement and reduction of operational costs. **Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with internal standards, operational procedures, and Occupational Safety policies, safeguarding team integrity and operations; * Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities on refrigeration systems, ensuring equipment availability and reliability; * Supervise maintenance teams by assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and monitoring operational performance; * Ensure service quality, adherence to deadlines, and optimal resource utilization; * Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Focus on safety, quality, productivity, and reduction of operational costs; * Support maintenance planning and control, contributing to process organization and efficiency; * Maintain active communication with management, participating in operational meetings and reporting results, deviations, and action plans; * Respond to operational and emergency demands, ensuring agility and accuracy in decision-making; * Uphold a professional, ethical posture aligned with organizational values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience supervising operational teams, preferably in refrigeration; * Experience maintaining refrigeration systems in industrial or commercial environments; * Knowledge of people management and team development; * Experience with performance indicators and maintenance routines; * Experience in industrial environments or field operations; * Familiarity with Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC). **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well\-being and satisfaction of our employees.
