Exposure to the corporate environment and organizational culture **Finance Intern** **Position Summary:** The intern will support administrative and operational routines within the department, assisting with basic tasks in Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit and Collections. The position emphasizes practical learning, professional development, and support to the finance team, always under supervision. **Position Status:** * Contract: Apprentice Program * Working hours: 6 hours/day Reports to: Finance Manager / Finance Specialist * **Main Responsibilities:** * Support administrative routines in the finance area, assisting with basic processes in Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit and Collections. * Assist in organizing, verifying, and archiving physical and digital financial documents. * Support the entry, control, and monitoring of financial information in spreadsheets and internal systems, as instructed. * Provide support in controlling invoices, bank slips, payment receipts, and simple reports. * Support tracking of deadlines, due dates, and updates of financial information. Provide general support to the finance team for daily tasks, contributing to the organization and smooth operation of the department. * **Education:** High school currently in progress or completed * **Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:** * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Interest in learning finance department routines.
