Job Summary: Work as a Senior Foreign Trade Technician, managing invoice routines, expense reporting, and process control, with a focus on quality and agility. Key Highlights: 1. Antártica, 1891, Jaguariúna – SP, 13820-000 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Payment processing, management of invoice routines and foreign trade service providers. Controller Brasil Job Responsibilities: * Prepare expense reports within deadlines, ensuring quality and agility to meet service level targets; * Track pending items during process closings (physical receipt, invoicing, etc.); * Validate and verify reimbursement request receipts (account reconciliation) submitted by customs brokers; * Request documents/receipts from customs brokers when necessary; * Enter cost and reimbursement information into Kestraa and SAP systems; * Manage and analyze performance indicators under your responsibility.
