Description

Main responsibilities: * Request quotations for materials and services from suppliers; * Negotiate prices, delivery deadlines, and payment terms; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure supply according to company needs; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; * Identify new suppliers and alternatives to reduce costs; * Support inventory control and material replenishment; * Verify invoices and assist in departmental administrative processes; * Collaborate closely with purchasing and finance departments. ✅ Requirements: * Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Negotiation-oriented and proactive profile. ⭐ Advantages: * Experience in procurement; * Background in custom furniture or construction sectors.
