Key responsibilities: \* Supervise transport and logistics operations; \* Monitor route planning, transfers, pickups, and shipments; \* Control preventive maintenance of the fleet; \* Monitor tachographs and compliance with traffic regulations; \* Manage driver shifts, working hours, overtime bank, and vacations; \* Oversee reverse logistics for equipment; \* Support operations at Ceasa, Ceagesp, and Holambra; \* Ensure yard organization and vehicle maintenance; \* Focus on safety, quality, and adherence to internal processes. Requirements: ✔ Completed high school education; ✔ Prior experience in logistics/transport; ✔ Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable; ✔ Knowledge of operational management and team leadership.
