Inventory management and cargo control Transportation and Logistics company seeks a Warehouse Manager in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Develop and structure daily routines according to delivery and pickup schedules. Supervise the operational team by providing guidance, conducting follow-ups, and delivering feedback. Execute and monitor regular warehouse inventories. Train and onboard new employees according to internal procedures. Ensure proper completion of daily equipment checklists. Keep work instructions and procedures up to date. Suggest continuous improvements to optimize processes and departmental results. Control cargo inflow and outflow. Ensure organization, safety, and on-time delivery. Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Manager, or Distribution Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
