Retail store management and experience with performance indicators We are looking for a Store Manager with leadership qualities, a focus on results, and retail experience to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, supervise, guide, and train the sales team and cashiers; * Lead the team with a focus on goals and excellence in customer service; * Monitor performance indicators and develop strategies to boost results; * Perform cash closing and reconciliation of amounts; * Ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Experience in retail store management; * Experience in cashier operations and administrative routines; * Driver's license category B; * Experience with goals and performance indicators (KPIs); * Proficiency with commercial management systems. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 19:00\.
