Drive expansion of the customer portfolio **Position: External Sales Supervisor** We are looking for an **External Sales Supervisor** to lead the commercial team in the **acquiring (payment solutions)** segment. The professional will be responsible for developing and overseeing the external sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets, expansion of the customer base, and strengthening the company's presence in the region. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, train, and supervise the **external sales team**. * Define strategies for **B2B new customer prospecting**. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial targets. * Conduct field visits alongside the team to support negotiations. * Develop the team through feedback and training. * Ensure compliance with commercial and administrative processes. * Prepare performance reports and action plans to improve results. * Drive expansion of the customer portfolio in the **POS terminals and payment solutions** segment. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **commercial team leadership**. * Experience in the **acquiring, fintech, payment solutions, or financial services** segment is a plus. * Proficiency in managing performance indicators and targets. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a results-oriented mindset. * Fixed salary \+ Aggressive bonus * Meal allowance: BRL 24.80 per day / Food allowance: BRL 174.00 per month * Transportation allowance.
