




Position: **LAMINATOR OPERATOR I (LAM)** Salary: **R$ 2.563,29 + 30% (hazard pay)** Benefits: **Meal provided at the company** **Transportation allowance (VT) (Available only if you reside along a van route served by the company shuttle)** **Medical and dental assistance** **Food Card: R$ 285.00** **Private pension plan** **PPR (up to 2 salaries)** **Pharmacy Card** **Gympass** **Working Hours:** 1 vacancy for **- Shift B**: Monday to Thursday, 2:10 PM to 10:20 PM; Friday, 2:05 PM to 11:10 PM; alternate Saturdays, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM / **with flexible availability** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support machine operations: pre-setup, machine setup to ensure product quality; * Load adhesives and material rolls; clean the machine and surrounding area; assist in adjusting tension and adhesive viscosity parameters within the MACHINE SYSTEM, per the Process Sheet, to ensure optimal machine operating conditions. * Perform machine pre-setup by verifying, via checklist and EP – Product Specification sheet, items such as cylinder tips, sleeves, ink chambers, baths, adhesives, rolls, and other components to ensure all required materials are ready for the next production run. * Transport parts from cylinder storage and part-washing areas—including cylinders, sleeves, tips, baths, ink chambers, and others—by operating hoists and manually maneuvering specialized carts to perform production changeovers and machine preparation. * Monitor raw material supply to the machine; request replenishment from the warehouse according to the scheduled EP – Product Specification, and verify material codes to ensure correct lamination of products. * Perform roll preparation activities: uncap the roll, conduct surface treatment tests, install the shaft, place the roll onto the machine using the lift mechanism, prepare the splice, and adjust parameters in the MACHINE SYSTEM to enable automatic roll change; load adhesives into the machine, fill ink chambers and reservoirs, test and adjust viscosity, and fine-tune parameters in the MACHINE SYSTEM. * Remove finished rolls using the lift mechanism, cap the roll, disassemble the shaft, collect samples for quality control, weigh the roll and register its weight in the PRODUCTION SYSTEM, label and position the roll on the platform for warehouse pickup, and prepare the shaft with tubing for new rolls. * Organize and clean the machine area following T-card procedures, including: replacing filter blankets, cleaning the unwinder housing, cleaning ovens, inspecting and cleaning press rollers, floor, ink chambers, viscometer, inspecting waste drums, and other tasks to maintain optimal machine operating conditions. * Manage machine trim waste by placing it into designated drums, weighing it, and recording it in the PRODUCTION SYSTEM. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
