




Job Summary: The professional will work in the Procurement area, focusing on strategic negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization for automotive and agricultural services. Description: WHAT YOU NEED: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Prior experience in Procurement, especially in automotive/automobile MRO procurement, as well as familiarity with the market and suppliers; * Previous exposure to negotiation tools such as: TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), Strategic Sourcing, Should Cost, Spend Analysis, CBD (Cost Breakdown), Make or Buy; * Knowledge of SAP MM module; * Willingness to relocate to the Piracicaba/SP region. You’ll stand out even more if you have: * Desired knowledge of financial mathematics focused on cost formation, cash flow dynamics, investment feasibility, and/or Business Case development. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support business units in budget preparation and financial cycle management; * Support initiatives/innovations aimed at mitigating and reducing costs to enable improved operational conditions; * Lead strategic procurement processes for the Automotive Services portfolio (automotive equipment and agricultural machinery), applying Strategic Sourcing, CBD, TCO methodologies, and engaging with stakeholders and suppliers; * Support scheduling and Kick-off of projects/contracts within your assigned categories; * Establish long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers through agreement negotiations; * Negotiate and manage legal contracts (drafting, analysis, monitoring, review, negotiation, and termination); * Continuously seek new alternatives that strengthen cost-benefit ratio, tax opportunities, and enhance Raízen’s Procurement competitiveness. 2512010202191692607
