Our specialty is diagnostic medicine, and our purpose is to respect and care for lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide courteous and efficient patient support via WhatsApp; * Respond to questions regarding examinations offered by the clinic, including preparation requirements and turnaround time; * Inform patients about accepted health insurance plans and available payment methods; * Schedule, reschedule, and cancel examinations according to patient requests, following clinic guidelines; * Ensure accurate entry and timely updates of information in the clinic’s system; * Maintain humanized and respectful service, guaranteeing a positive experience for patients. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience is a plus; * Strong written communication and text comprehension skills; * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations; * Proficient typing skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and empathy when interacting with the public; * Prompt responsiveness to requests. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal voucher, Food allowance, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, and Total Pass.
