Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and the environment We are seeking a professional to work as a Production Assistant, supporting production area activities according to operational requirements. This position involves assisting industrial processes while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and health standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support various stages of the production process across different areas of the factory; * Sort and transport raw materials and supplies according to production scheduling; * Sort materials for reuse and collect waste; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Package finished products, build pallets, and dispatch them to the warehouse; * Organize raw material and finished goods inventory; * Follow instructions from operators and supervision; * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and the environment; * Comply with internal regulations, occupational safety rules, and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum age of 18 years; * Prior industrial experience is a plus; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 200.00 * Cost-of-living allowance: BRL 200.00 (for those who do not opt for transportation vouchers) * Transportation vouchers (optional) * Unimed health plan (co-payment required; available after 3 months) * TotalPass * On-site meals (no payroll deduction) Compensation: Up to BRL 2,295.81 per month Work Location: On-site
