Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of classrooms and laboratories, providing technical and operational support to students and faculty. Collaboration with other departments and response to emergencies PUC-Campinas’ mission is to **produce**, **enrich**, and **share** knowledge in a **competent** and **innovative** manner across its core activities, aiming at the holistic development of individuals and the training of outstanding professionals who contribute to building a fair and fraternal society. **What will your daily routine be like?** Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of classrooms, laboratories, and other teaching environments by delivering technical and operational support. Assist students and faculty by providing guidance and necessary resources, as well as supporting resolution of technical issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble and configure audiovisual equipment. * Manage the entry, exit, and maintenance of equipment and materials. * Inspect classroom infrastructure (projectors, screens, power outlets, ventilation) and report any issues. * Handle logistics and movement of materials and furniture. * Manage inventory of materials and distribute among units. * Provide technical support to students and faculty. * Respond to emergencies and collaborate with other departments (maintenance, security, IT). * Adhere to internal policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in computer science or related fields preferred). * Basic knowledge of technology and audiovisual equipment. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Work Location:** PUC-Campinas Campus I (near Dom Pedro Shopping) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturdays, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. **Employment Type:** Full-time / CLT **What We Offer You?** Meal voucher; Transportation voucher; Basic food basket; Gympass; Unimed and Uniodonto health plans; 100% tuition scholarship for undergraduate programs at PUC Campinas (for employees and dependents), and 50% scholarship for children of employees at Colégio Pio XII; SESC Campinas membership benefits.
