With over 12 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining fire prevention and suppression systems, the company is seeking an Engineering Assistant to join its team in Campinas/SP. We seek an organized, proactive professional committed to safety and regulatory compliance, with interest in supporting projects and maintenance for companies and residential condominiums. Responsibilities * Organize, archive, and control technical documents in physical and digital formats, ensuring traceability and easy retrieval; * Maintain document classification and entry/exit control systems; * Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including copying, scanning, printing, and sending documents; * Support internal and external communication related to engineering administrative tasks; * Assist in researching technical standards and regulations, under supervision; * Collect, organize, and compile simple data into spreadsheets and systems; * Support the preparation of basic technical reports, tables, charts, material lists, and checklists; * Monitor administrative processes, track deadlines, and record departmental activities; * Organize the workplace, implement 5S practices, and maintain equipment and materials; * Provide ad-hoc administrative and technical support as required by the team. Requirements * Technical degree in Building Construction, Occupational Safety, or currently pursuing Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture; * Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations; * Familiarity with project development and control; * Understanding of the product and its technical application; * Basic proficiency in industry-specific tools and technologies; * Data analysis capability; * Strong oral and written communication skills, systemic vision, critical thinking, and sound judgment in handling tasks.
