Contact and coordination with international suppliers and agents **Description:** Responsibilities of the Opportunity Monitor the entire import cycle from origin to delivery at the group's factories, ensuring service timeliness and quality to avoid delays or disruptions in the supply chain; Validate customs documentation, initiate procedures, and monitor customs clearance; Conduct cost analyses for import processes, seeking optimization and reduction of expenses, duties, and logistics costs. Negotiate international and domestic road freight rates, storage at bonded terminals, and general cargo terminals; Maintain regular contact with international suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure proper execution of operations; Prepare weekly reports tracking import processes; Daily coordination with customs brokers; Preparation of Nationalization Cost Analysis Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields Fluent English and Spanish Intermediate Office Suite proficiency (especially Excel) Postgraduate degree in a related field is desirable 2511020202231847799
